REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personalised items, or personal care products.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase.
