Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 7-21 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at mysmartlivingstore@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at mysmartlivingstore@gmail.com so we can assist you.
